You may enroll in the BCRx program in one of the following three ways:

- To pay by phone, contact a BCRx representative at 480-212-1000 or 800-311-BCRx (2279) with your credit card information.
A BCRx ID Card will be mailed or, if you enrolled online, e-mailed to your e-mail address once payment is received. All enrollment fees are non-refundable. For a complete list of Pharmacy Providers in your area, click here. Present your prescription and the BCRx ID Card to any participating pharmacy.
For a limited time, all enrollment fees for Nuva Ring will be waived.
Security
BCRx utilizes www.authorize.net to protect all billing information. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and BCRx. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet.
Locate the two security icons, the "s" after "http" in the address line and the lock in the top menu bar and bottom status bar of your browser in Netscape (or in the bottom status bar only in Internet Explorer). These icons ensure confidential transmission of all credit card information.
Pursuant to HIPAA regulation, all Personal Health information (PHI) received by BCRx will be used solely for program administration. For no reason will this information be provided by BCRx to any person or entity other than to administer the program. |
